Why simulations?

You want to use processes and methods within your department in a way that provides proven added value to your customers. In addition, the requirements of your customers should be implemented in projects according to the plan, in a controlled manner and in high quality. In our simulations, you and your colleagues will learn the topics and methods in a realistic and interactive way.

Based on the respective scenario of a simulation, you'll take on a function or role in which you'll have to represent your interests. You won't be doing this alone, but rather in groups that receive a special profile. In addition to behaving according to your profile, you'll also have to deal with the specific interests and the positions other participants have regarding the conflict or task.

We'll assess the scenario as a team and develop improvement possibilities together with you. In addition, we'll examine which parts of the scenario and the outcome were realistic and what you can transfer into practice in your business.

Our simulations:

  • Apollo 13: You'll work in the Mission Control Center in Houston and have the task to bring the damaged spacecraft Apollo 13 and its crew back to earth.
  • Grab@Pizza: You'll work in the IT department of one of the biggest pizza producer in the world, and have to organise your resources in a way that reduces operational costs and increases revenue, the market share and customer satisfaction.
  • The Challenge of Egypt: As project manager, you'll be in charge of organising and planning the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza.
